Pricing and Billing Analyst (Energy C&I Systems)We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in the evolution and day-to-day support of our billing, pricing, and forecasting platforms.
This role is essential to keeping operations reliable, compliant, and continuously improving across critical energy systems.Take ownership of billing, pricing, and forecasting applications, ensuring smooth operations and system enhancementsAct as the key point of contact for SaaS vendors, managing performance, contracts, and escalationsPartner with stakeholders to capture requirements, improve processes, and deliver practical solutionsTrack and resolve system issues, ensuring defects are managed proactivelySafeguard data quality and deliver insights to support reporting and decision-making5+ years of experience in the energy or utilities sector, ideally with C&I billing, pricing, forecasting, or M2C systemsProven background as a Business Analyst in complex IT environmentsStrong vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesExcellent analysis, documentation, and communication skillsUnderstanding of AEMO, MSATS, B2B transaction flows, and NEM settlement processesExpertise with Energy C&I billing, pricing and forecasting systems along with solid understanding of the billing system processes in C&I context:Network tariff integrationPricing logic and validationInvoice generation and deliveryPayment collections and reconciliationExceptions and dispute handlingMarket compliance (e.g., AEMO, B2B obligations)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsultingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting and Utilities
