As our newHR Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our people and culture initiatives.
You'll work across the employee lifecycle to:
Responsibilities
Design, support and deliverprograms that support inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development, and employee benefits.
Champion a "can-do" attitudeacross our sites, helping leaders navigate HR challenges with empathy and flexibility.
Support strategic projectslike a new payroll and HR system, enterprise bargaining, and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
Be the go-to expertfor key platforms like Seek, LinkedIn, pre-employment medicals, Fitness Passport, psychometric testing, Employee Assistance Program, Safety Incident Reporting System, and our Learning Management System (Kineo).
Coordinate recognition programsand study support, making sure our people feel valued and empowered.
Keep us compliantwith policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate across servicesto bring HR magic to broader organisational projects.
