**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Digital Campaign Coordinator on a **12 months fixed-term basis**. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating the content, targeting, and scheduling of campaigns across various online channels. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to enhance brand growth, awareness, and engagement, ultimately leading to increased sales and basket size.

**In this Role**
- Coordinate diverse campaign programs, including catalogues and product-specific campaigns.
- Manage campaign brief workflows to deliver targeted communications to relevant shoppers efficiently.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely completion of assets for retailer and shopper onboarding.
- Support retailers in integrating localized communications into outbound campaigns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and industry guidelines while utilizing data insights to optimize CRM planning and campaign targeting.

**You're Likely a Match If** you have**
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business management or marketing-related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in delivering ROI from marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Multi-Channel Campaign Management solutions (e.g., IBM Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, etc.).
- Ability to interpret data sets and campaign results effectively.
- Proven track record in building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
