Experienced Digital Campaigns Coordinator required to drive day-to-day planning and coordination across multiple teams.

The Role

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, and schedules. Brief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Delivery Management: Develop project plans, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Client Partnership & Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, provide project updates, manage expectations, and solve problems quickly.
  • Quality & Risk Management: Own QA and testing cycles to ensure outputs meet technical, UX, and brand standards.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Work with project teams to define and monitor budgets, track time, and ensure projects stay financially healthy.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, detailed-oriented skills, strong organisation skills, and a strong understanding of project workflows.

About This Opportunity

This is a full-time remote role, aligned to the AEST time zone. You'll collaborate closely with your team through Slack, G Suite, Zoom, and project management tools.
