Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to fill a Coordinator role within our organization. This position involves the delivery of paid search and social media campaigns, with primary focus on Google & Facebook.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with Digital Activation Managers to implement and manage campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing clear written debriefs and project documentation
  • Assisting in campaign implementation, including monitoring performance, optimisations, and reporting
  • Collaborating with Digital Activation Executives, Managers, and Directors on tasks such as reporting, optimisation tactics, copywriting, quality-checks, and best practice
  • Building new Search, Programmatic, Social campaign accounts and managing budget pacing

Preferred qualifications for this role include a University degree or higher education qualifications, relevant internship experience, and basic understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape and Search and Social Media marketing.

Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, and deadline-driven mindset. A curious nature with willingness for continuous learning and progression is also essential.

Key Requirements
  • Responsible for day-to-day workflow on tier 2 & 3 clients
  • Strong working relationships with immediate team and wider digital activation team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to monitor and escalate issues
