We are pursuing an ambitious industrial strategy based on "Smart Living" and the value we bring to our customers.Job DescriptionAs a Key Account Executive at Somfy, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.
This full-time position is based in Rydalmere, NSW and will see you working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and maximise customer satisfaction.What you'll be doingProactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accountsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectivesLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesIdentify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand existing relationshipsProvide regular updates and reports on account performanceCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotionsRepresent Somfy at key customer meetings and industry eventsQualificationsProven track record of success in an account management or key account executive role, ideally within the sales or manufacturing industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trusted relationshipsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approachTechnical aptitudeProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomouslyFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysisRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field desirableAdditional InformationThis role provides a great opportunity to join a forward-looking organisation that is committed to inspiring new ways of living for all.Somfy offers an attractive working environment and corporate culture, with policies based on diversity, inclusion, and skills development.
