The Opportunity
As Director, Content Operations, you will play a key leadership role in analyzing customer and product data to determine business value and priorities, setting the strategy, roadmap and KPIs to deliver efficient and effective operations. You will build and manage multiple large teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will lead your teams in execution, collaborate closely with product managers and IT on A/B experiments and reporting, and coordinate with accommodation supply, connectivity, strategic partnerships, and customer support teams to ensure operational excellence.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, reporting to the Senior Director of Content Product and Operations, and is open to candidates worldwide. We will assist you with visa and relocation, ensuring a smooth transition to working and living in Bangkok.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute content and product operations strategies to support Agoda's business goalsSet content and data priorities based on customer needs and business valueEstablish and track KPIs to measure business impact and operational performanceCreate and manage roadmaps and project plans for key initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, and Supply, to deliver effective content solutionsLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountabilityMonitor and improve content systems and processes for efficiency and qualityTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the content supply chain
Experience Required
10+ years of experience in driving Operations for large organizationsAt least 6 years of direct management experience, including leading teams of 20 or moreExperience managing teams in the e-commerce or technology/internet spaceProven ability to set and execute content or operational strategy to drive business resultsStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making; SQL expertise a plusDemonstrated experience optimizing operational workflows and resourcing, both automated and manual, to achieve business goals
