Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our live operations team. As the director of live operations, you'll oversee the development and execution of our live service strategy.
Team Leadership
Manage cross-disciplinary teams, including software engineers, Quality Assurance specialists, Live Ops experts, and other production staff.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
LIVE OPERATIONS STRATEGY & SCHEDULING
Develop and implement live operations strategies that ensure timely delivery of updates and content while maintaining quality, collaboration, and communication.

RISK MITIGATION & INCIDENT RESPONSE
