Overview

Role: Room Leader (Senior Educator) Toddler
Location: Taylors Hill – VIC
Centre: Goodstart Taylors Hill
Employment Type: Permanent. Full-time 38 Hours p/week
Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 P/h + Super

Responsibilities
  • Lead a room of Educators and deliver exceptional educational programs in the Toddler environment
  • Take charge of your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children
  • Help provide the best start to a child's life and make a lasting impact while growing your career

You'll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
