**About the Team**
The Procurement Team is a growing, supportive and friendly team. As Project Procurement Specialist you will be a member of the Category Procurement Team, this role will be reporting directly to the Category Procurement Manager.
**About the Role**
- As a member of the Procurement Team reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the scheduling of procurement activities across nominated categories, within the business. You will also be tasked with conducting data interrogation, analysis and market research on a variety of sourcing projects.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Hold a qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain or related a heavy industry field;
- Proven experience & results in end to end procurement preferably within a multinational company;
- The ability to demonstrate Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management and Production fundamentals;
- Seasoned experience planning and scheduling within heavy industry;
- Previous experience on MRP/ ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- High level ability to collate and write business documents;
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office suite, e-sourcing and Project Management tools;
- Ability to establish and embed a strong negotiation and consultation skill set;
- Experience delivering in a fast paced dynamic team environment;
- An ability to travel interstate if and when required; and
- Be eligible for an Australian Government Security Clearance and have the capacity to satisfy pre-employment screening.
