Key Role: Procurement Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to defect liability and handover.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to building specs and standards.
  • Co-ordinate with project managers to negotiate contracts and subcontractor agreements.
  • Administer contractual requirements, including managing tender interviews and contract lettings.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
