Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our projects in sourcing, administration, procurement, and maintaining procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of a senior procurement specialist and assist in various tasks related to purchasing goods and services for the organization.
- Assist in raising material requisitions and provide administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
- Draft vendor and client correspondence letters, expression of interest, and vendor prequalification documents.
- Provide procurement inputs in reports for other functions.
- Prepare procurement/contract templates, tender packages, and issue RFTs to market for quotation and basic commercial evaluation.
- Record keeping, documentation, and involvement in the overall procurement process for implementation and smooth execution.
