As a
**Safety Manager** with RCC you will benefit from the support of an experienced, collaborative, forward-thinking and motivated safety leadership team whilst you drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:

- Providing specialist safety guidance to operational project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
- Facilitate the management of the EHS and environmental systems in accordance with the PMP
- Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching
- Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach.
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated practical construction related safety and environmental advisory/management experience & knowledge in delivering mid to large scope projects; built form (preferably), civil construction or infrastructure
- WHS industry relevant qualifications and certificates
- Collaborative communication skills consistent with effective consultation, education and mentoring
- Competent computer skills
