As one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Australia, Xugar has been growing rapidly since 2017. We've helped hundreds of businesses scale and grow in this time. Now we're looking for passionate appointment setters ready to develop their skills and thrive with us as we charge forward

You'll be working onsite 5 days a week at our lovely landscaped office in Southbank (cnr Kings Way/Coventry/Sturt Sts), and there's a free onsite gym with sauna and towels.

You'll be calling potential new clients ONLY to generate leads and book new clients in to chat to BDMs ie no stress of selling over the phone.

This is a base pay plus commissions role with generous bonuses paid on generated leads and achieved KPIs.

A background in digital marketing or an agency environment would be a real bonus, but any relevant experience (listed below) will be considered as long as you have the passion
