Job Title: Appointment Setter

Position: This role involves handling inbound calls, with no outbound or cold calling required.

Work Mode: A hybrid work model is in place, allowing employees to work from the office once or twice a week and choose their days.

Pay out: $25-$33 per hour, plus superannuation and commissions.

Location: The job is based in Glen Waverley, VIC 3150.

Our IT division provides online and on-site support for home and business users, as well as other services. We have over 5000 customers and are one of the fastest-growing IT companies in Australia.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include receiving calls from people seeking IT support, understanding the issue they are experiencing, and transferring them to the relevant department. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and coordinating with IT technicians for service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in calling, customer service, sales, front desk receptionist, or appointment setting in Australia. Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of computers and IT, and strong sales and upselling skills are essential.

You will also need to be a quick thinker and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. When working from home, you will require a Windows computer, high-speed internet, and a headset with noise cancellation facilities.

Essential Requirements
  • Prior experience in calling, customer service, sales, front desk receptionist, or appointment setting in Australia.

Benefits

This role offers attractive incentives if targets are achieved. Training will be provided, although this will take place in the office for one day. Immediate starters are preferred.

Job Types and Pay

Available as full-time or casual positions, pay rates are between $25-$33 per hour. The expected hours are 30-40 per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule.

Supplemental pay types include commission, overtime pay, penalty rates, and performance bonuses.
