The opportunity

Are you a process-driven and innovative professional with a knack for delivering exceptional events? We're seeking an Events Specialist to lead and manage the development, implementation, and delivery of event campaigns. From corporate and hospitality events to virtual and diversity-focused initiatives, you'll manage multiple end-to-end projects, engaging internal and external audiences. This role offers the chance to bring your ideas to life while collaborating with diverse teams and leveraging cutting-edge tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Your new role

As an Events Specialist, you will:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end event campaigns across corporate, virtual, and national platforms.
- Work closely with the Events Manager and broader departments to ensure the successful roll out of the events calendar
- Collaborate with clients and working groups to set clear objectives, budgets, and roles.
- Align event strategies with broader business, marketing, and communication plans.
- Maintenance and reporting of financial budgets, ticketing, events data as required by compliance and in-direct tax

About you

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have experience using Salesforce & Marketing Cloud (highly regarded)
- Be a team player with a focus on collaboration and new ideas.
- Have proven experience in planning, budgeting, executing, and evaluating medium to large-scale, virtual, and in-person events.
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing priorities and multitasking naturally.
- Be digitally savvy, with experience in delivering hybrid and digital events.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and within a team to achieve goals.
- Have the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under tight timeframes.
- Possess a risk mindset, proactively identifying and understanding current and future risk processes.
