SMS Group Services are looking for an enthusiastic Workforce Coordinator to join our Recruitment and Mobilisation Team at our Welshpool Office.

This role will be a trainee position for the first three months with ability to become full time upon successful completion of trial period.

**Primary Role**:
**Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**
- Source and recruit suitable personnel for roles.
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels for maintenance and shutdown works.
- Collect recruitment documents and complete internal checks.
- Booking of Pre-Employment Medicals and Lab Drug and Alcohol Tests.
- Utilise SMS Group's recruitment software - Job Adder.
- Answer queries in the shared inbox as well as telephone queries
- Ensure the integrity of all HR systems and databases is updated and personnel information is maintained.
- Participate in the effective management of travel, accommodation and journey planning for all SMS Group projects.
- Assist the Mobilisation and Recruitment Team Leader in weekly reporting data.
- Report and communicate incidents to the Mobilisation and Recruitment Team Leader.

- Are process driven.
- Have an exceptional level of interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Recruitment experience with shutdown and maintenance roles (desirable).
- Able to work well in a team environment.
