Work Coordination Role

The Fleet and Depot Coordinator is a key position requiring facilitation, consultation, and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in team building and culture enhancement, as well as coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team.
  • Establish and monitor measurable performance indicators to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Undertake human resource management to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement Team Plans, Business Strategies, and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Coordinate the review of key performance indicators and address variances.
  • Maintain safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health legislation and relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in facilitation, consultation, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated experience in team building and culture improvement.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary professional teams.
  • Formal qualification in mechanical trades, logistics, asset management, or a related field.
  • Current C class driver's license.
  • Fleet Management Certificate (Desirable).
