Right across the state, we are committed to exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.About the Role:We're looking for caring and reliable Community Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care team in the South Metropolitan area of Perth on a part-time basis.To be considered, you'll need to live within the Kardinya, Bull Creek or Willetton Suburbs, have a current driver's license, and your own reliable car and shifts are typically rostered between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with availability required between 7am and 5pm to meet the needs of our clients.At Juniper, our Home and Community Care team helps older West Australians stay independent in the comfort of their own homes.

You'll be part of a supportive environment that values initiative, teamwork, and compassion.In this rewarding role, you'll provide personal care and everyday support that empowers clients to live safely and independently, following our wellness approach.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming, and continence support in a way that maintains dignity and comfortAssist with medication, ensuring clients receive the correct medication (full training provided)Support with daily living by offering a helping hand to high-care clients with activities that make everyday life easierLend a hand at home with domestic duties, light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping living spaces safe and welcomingBe a friendly face by providing social support and companionship, including driving clients to shops, appointments, or community activitiesFollow personalized care plans to make sure each client's needs and preferences are met with consistency and careEncourage independence by supporting clients to do as much as they can for themselves, using our wellness approachBe part of their day by sharing a chat, a smile, or a listening ear that makes all the differenceKey Requirements:Previous aged care or community care experience, including personal care (showering, dressing, continence support)Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) – desirableA current Australian driver's license and your own reliable carA genuine passion for supporting older people to live independently in their own homesThe ability to build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their familiesGood communication skills and a caring, patient natureThe ability to work independently while being part of a supportive teamWhat's on offer:Attractive rate of pay $34.07 - $35.71 per hour, plus 12% superannuationNon-profit values driven Western Australian aged care providerAll employees have access to Juniperks an online platform that unlocks exclusive retail discounts, employee perks, wellness initiatives and peer acknowledgementSalary Package up to $18,550 per annum tax freeEmployee Assistance Program with free counsellingHow to apply:If you are passionate about delivering person-centred care and have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
