Senior Service Delivery Leader
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services, ensuring stability and scalability. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive operational maturity.
This position involves managing internal and outsourced IT services to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ITIL practices and experience in implementing ITSM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service delivery functions and standard operating procedures.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
Partner with vendors to ensure effective support and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
Implement and optimize ITSM tools such as Freshservice.
Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with evolving business needs.
Establish and maintain robust IT asset lifecycle management processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001 and APRA CPS 234.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT operations or service delivery management.
Deep understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
Experience implementing or managing ITSM/ITOM tools such as Freshservice or ServiceNow.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and mentor team members.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and SaaS ecosystems.
