Parking Management Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Parking Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our car park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transport costs and operating expenses to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Oversee staff adherence to cash handling procedures and record transactions in our system.
  • Issue invoices to corporate parking accounts and manage voucher programming.
  • Monitor and record accurate car park occupancy figures via our Car Parking System.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience in a similar hotel setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Hotel Property Management/Generic Office Systems.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About You:

Candidates should have demonstrated supervisory experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will ensure a safe and efficient working environment where product excellence and service delivery are paramount.
