We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our established international project management and modular construction company.
This pivotal role will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide strong support to management with accurate reporting and analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of accounts payable and receivableOversee payroll, BAS, GST, and compliance reportingPrepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reportsLiaise with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholdersImplement and maintain accounting systems and processesProvide financial insights to support project planning and business decisionsOversee onboarding of new staff throughout our international locations.Set up internal procurement systems for rapidly expanding business.About YouProven experience as an Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant within the property construction industryStrong knowledge of construction-specific accounting, contracts, and complianceExcellent skills in MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting softwareDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with management and external partiesWhat We OfferA stable, long-term role in a reputable construction companyCompetitive salary package commensurate with experienceSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
