Do you have what it takes to be our next commercial property manager working from our office? Our office is based on the southern end of the Gold Coast.

We are a leading Commercial Agency managing properties from the Gold Coast to Northern NSW.

If you have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, a proven track record in professional customer service and the desire to learn from the best in the industry, we want to hear from you.

The ideal applicant must have experience in commercial property management and hold a current certificate of registration.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Lease Administration
  • Co-ordinating Maintenance, liaising with contractors, raising work orders
  • Direct Owner and/or Tenant Liaison and management, achieving strong relationships with high levels of satisfaction
  • Compliance and Insurance
  • Provide Exceptional Client Experience

Skills/Experience required:

  • Your success will depend on your ability to coordinate the relevant parties involved, be organised and communicate with clients calmly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills including a friendly and professional phone manner
  • You will have a self-motivated, can-do attitude and an ability to take initiative
  • Strong customer focus and natural enthusiasm
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
