Melbourne Dining Group

MDG is fast becoming one of Melbourne's premier dining groups. Our venues consist of Hochi Mama CBD, Hochi Mama Richmond and Straight Outta Saigon. Our group has been known for exceptional guest experiences, rated top 10 in almost all publications including Tripadvisor, is Melbourne's top 5 most visited restaurants on Open Table, and we are well known for the company's culture and values.

MDG is about to launch it's fourth venue in Melbourne CBD, with a concept that brings great food, cocktails and wines together in a entertaining experience that Melbourne has yet to witness, and we are looking for front of house guns that would love to begin this new adventure with us.

The Role
- Full-time/ Part-Time & Casual opportunities we work with what you're after.
- $28-$38 per hour, Level 3 and above
- Multiple roles available

Successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

- The ability to work Fridays / Saturdays
- Proven experience in high-quality hospitality service;
- Knowledge of wine, beers, cocktails & spirits is a must;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure;
- Strong customer service focus;
- Outgoing and friendly disposition;
- High standard of presentation and grooming;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Can-do attitude;
- A current RSA certificate
