**Front of House - New York Barbers, Warragul**

Full-Time | 35-40 Hours Per Week

We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new New York Barbers location in Warragul this November - and we're looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House team member to join us

New York Barbers is a family-owned, award-winning barbershop with a built-in café. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

**About the Role**

As the face of our Warragul barbershop, you'll be the first point of contact for every customer. From welcoming clients and checking them in, to keeping the shop running smoothly day-to-day, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience. You'll also help prepare and serve café drinks (full training provided).

**What You'll Do**

Provide a warm and professional welcome to every customer

Check customers in and out for their services

Answer phone calls and assist with enquiries

Maintain stock and keep supplies organised

Ensure the café and front desk areas are clean, tidy, and inviting

Prepare and serve a variety of café drinks - coffee, milkshakes, smoothies (training provided)

**What We're Looking For**
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A team player who enjoys a supportive, family-style workplace
- Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: $26.55 - $34.00 per hour
