Join us as Insight Analyst for Sky X, our Austrian OTT market:
You'll be joining at an exciting time of growth and transformation as Sky's streaming business undergoes pivotal changes in its evolution - with technology, data and analytics at the heart of this growth.

Sly X is one of our international OTT markets with partners in Vienna and London. In this role you will have a lot of exposure to all Sky X partners from analysts to their senior leadership team.

As a member of the Global OTT Analytics team within Sky Data, you'll help drive decision making in Sky X using the power of data and insights. Analytics for Sky X is done in the UK and you will work in collaboration with the rest of our Distributed team of analysts who support our different brands, products and markets.

What you'll do
- Develop relationships with collaborators in Sky X (Austria) to reach a deep understanding of their business.
- Produce high quality, practical insights through analytics and innovative predictive algorithms
- Produce high quality dashboards in Tableau when required
- Develop and maintain strategies and segments for different business areas: tracking performance of actions taken and articulating reasons behind it and recommending improvement actions
- Work with colleagues across various fields across Analytics, Marketing, Strategy/Commercial, and Reporting to pull together comprehensive insights
- Produce strategic reviews and provide Executive level recommendations based on emerging trends

What you'll bring
- Self-starter who's actively curious about what numbers are telling us and how they can be actioned to improve customer plans
- Technical grounding across data manipulation tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Python
- Knowledge: Experience in commercial, data-rich BtoC environments, ideally Media, Retail, Telecommunications, Gaming or Financial Services
- Integrity: Willingness to speak up on difficult issues with own opinions, at the same time be humble and be able to ask for help
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable record in fast paced and quick changing environments

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
