Business Intelligence Analyst Developer

The Role:

You will play a pivotal part in driving business success through informed decision-making.

  • Elicit and analyze business requirements to inform data strategy.
  • Design, build, and maintain BI solutions across the full stack.
  • Prepare and combine data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth.
  • Develop relational and dimensional data models to support business needs.
  • Analyze and interpret data, building reports to provide actionable insights and improve processes.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skills development.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a quantitative or technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a BI Analyst Developer.
  • Proficiency in either Power BI or Qlik.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of project delivery.

Desirable Skills:

  • MS SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI.
  • Snowflake, Talend, Qlik.
