Insight Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Insight Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us gain a deeper understanding of our customers and markets.

You will work closely with colleagues across Europe to develop deep insights into their businesses using innovative predictive algorithms and data manipulation tools such as SQL and BigQuery.

Our team is responsible for driving decision-making in the Austrian OTT market and you will be working in collaboration with colleagues across various fields including Analytics, Marketing, Strategy/Commercial, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with collaborators in Austria to gain a deep understanding of their business
  • Producing high-quality, practical insights through analytics and innovative predictive algorithms
  • Developing and maintaining strategies and segments for different business areas: tracking performance of actions taken and articulating reasons behind it and recommending improvement actions
  • Working with colleagues across various fields to pull together comprehensive insights
  • Producing strategic reviews and providing executive level recommendations based on emerging trends

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter who is actively curious about what numbers are telling us and how they can be actioned to improve customer plans. You will also need strong interpersonal skills, technical grounding in data manipulation tools, and knowledge of commercial, data-rich BtoC environments.
