**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the Programming and Acquisitions Team. Reporting into the Content Manager within our Acquisitions team this role will see you but not limited to:
**Programming**
- Support the Programmer to create the NITV schedule using the SBS Broadcast Management Database (IBMS) and maintain all aspects of the process.
- Liaising with the programmer to curate the daytime schedule
- Working with the Programmer to coordinate NITV Sport and WITBN deliverables with the NITV Sport Producer and Editor.
- Working with the programmer to manage the stock and ensure all content is fully utilised by expiry date.

**Metadata and Reporting**
- Maintain metadata in IBMS as well as collate information and provide reports as required.

**Acquisitions**
- Track status of acquired programs and inform the Manager Programming and Acquisitions Manager of any issues that may impact the scheduling of programs.

**About you**
- Passionate about Indigenous content
- Establish good working relationships with areas of NITV and SBS that provide input into the schedule including MPA, Sales, Classifications, Commissioning, News, Sport and Broadcast Operations.
- An ability to plan content release strategies to maximise audience reach
- Great communication skills and attention to detail across multiple activities at once.
- Proficient using the Excel
