**What you'll do**

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be the key to ensuring smooth, transparent processes across talent acquisition. Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Handling data entry tasks and managing key systems like Oracle HCM.
- Supporting talent acquisition events and employer branding activities, generating and uploading content to social media.
- Assisting with compliance by managing background checks, security clearances, and HRCore tasks.Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.

**What you'll bring**
- Experience in HR or People-related administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to enforce compliance when necessary.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering quality experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
- A willingness to learn data analytics skills (Knowledge of PowerBI and Excel is a plus).Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
