About the role
Managing a National based portfolio of motor claims and handling high volume of inbound / outbound calls
Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
Ensure and maintain knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management, applying soundly based decision-making to all claims and consistently making liability decisions of increasing complexity throughout the life of the claim.
Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
Follow the AAL Claims Management Process and adhere to AAL standards to minimize claim costs
About you
High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim's environment
Insurance knowledge / background
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Negotiation skills
Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
Strong attention to detail
A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
