**About the role**
- Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims **though to settlement.**
- Majority of scheduled time spent rostered on our Inbound Motor Claims queue.
- Handling a high volume of inbound **and** outbound calls **in a fast-paced environment**.
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies, **while** **working within the compliance and regulatory requirements of the role.**
**About you**
- High level of customer service experience.
- Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
- Genuinely passionate about helping customers.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume/fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.00pm (**local time based on your location**)
- Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (**AEST** time)
