**About the Job**:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for variety in their job as no two days are ever the same. In this Auction Coordinator role, you will attend customers business sites to prepare their assets for online auctions, which includes inspecting, taking photos and cataloguing the asset.

**Some of your duties will include -**
- **Cataloguing** - Detailed asset cataloguing and photography to ensure assets for sale are accurately entered into our asset management system using your own iPad that we provide.
- **Inspections** - Managing onsite inspections of the assets with the customers.
- **Collections** - Liaising with the customer to ensure the safe, timely and efficient removal of the assets from our site or the customers.

**About you**:
While you will be tasked with the job of taking photos of the assets, you don't need to be a skilled or experienced photographer, we will supply you with your own ipad to take the photos.

**It would be great if you have the following**:

- A current forklift license.
- Exposure to industrial equipment.
- A positive, team and customer focused attitude.
- The ability to operate independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use an ipad.

This role will involve driving out to vendor sites so we're seeking someone who is happy to use their own reliable vehicle to drive to sites (a kilometre allowance will be applied) and of course a drivers licence.
