A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you'll be doing : The objective of the Manager, Technology Strategy & Advisory role is to work with the Technology Leadership Team and stakeholders to develop visionary technology strategies, shape transformative initiatives, and drive process and commercial improvements across the Technology function.
This influential position is responsible for crafting the enterprise-wide technology strategy, developing specialized domain roadmaps, and guiding pivotal strategic decisions.
Working in close partnership with technology leadership, this role helps architect the technology operating model and identify high-impact transformation opportunities.Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with and advances the organization's business objectivesCreate and evolve domain-specific technology roadmaps that provide clear direction for future investments and capabilitiesDrive strategic decision-making processes that ensure technology initiatives deliver maximum business valueCollaborate with technology leaders to optimize the operating model for efficiency, innovation, and scalabilityIdentify transformation opportunities that leverage emerging technologies and innovative approachesFacilitate cross-functional alignment on technology priorities and resource allocationProvide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential impact on the businessDevelop frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of technology investmentsFoster a culture of continuous improvement within the Technology functionYou'll be great in this role if you...
