**Your Impact**

Come and join the CUB team as the **Revenue Planning Manager - Beer** reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager - Beer. In your new role, you will provide specialist pricing and revenue management support across Sales and Marketing to drive profitable revenue management growth.

Key activities include system implementation, process change, forward planning, analysis of revenue drivers (volume, price, mix) and issues, providing proactive recommendations to address performance gaps

**Key responsibility**:

- Partner with Sales to lead revenue and margin optimisation (across price, volume and mix)
- Optimisation of margin pool for CUB and customer
- Drive the proactive identification of issues and recommendation across customers and channels
- Drive and influence planning decisions to optimise future plans based on cycling analysis and insight development
- Drive promotional optimisation activities including promotion strategy, monthly and quarterly promo planning/review and KAM capability
- Play a key role in Revenue Management change / transformation agenda on key projects
- Work closely with key partners in projects to optimise promotional programs
- Lead workstreams tasked with improve processes and tools to more efficiently and effectively review forward plans and assess historical performance.
- Ensure systems and process improvements are embedded effectively and teams supported through the change process
- Proactive identification of issues and recommendations across customers and channels
- Complete ad-hoc analysis on key price performance issues including potential recommendations

**About You**

You are financially astute, strategically savvy, know how to build rapport across the business, and thrive off being able to identify a gap in the market and recommend tangible solutions.

**You also have**:

- Experience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
- Experience working in projects of scale within the Finance or Revenue Management space
- Strong communication & Influencing skills and ability to share learning and teach others
- Highly skilled in fact based insights
