Procurement Data Analyst

You will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards and stakeholder insights that support procurement activity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working closely with senior leadership and category managers to provide data analysis on supplier performance, spend visibility, market trends and risk factors.
  • Supporting ESG and modern slavery reporting by gathering and interpreting supplier data.
  • Rrefining workflows, updating procurement templates and policies, and identifying opportunities to automate or simplify tasks using tools like Power BI or Excel.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with procurement data, has a strong grasp of Excel and is confident building reports and dashboards. Experience with Power BI or Oracle is a plus but not a must.

The successful applicant will be interested in the broader goals of procurement such as sustainability, risk and performance, and will be able to manage their workload independently while contributing to shared goals.
