We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Groundsperson to join our team and help us keep our golf courses in excellent condition.Reporting to the Team Leader – Gordon Golf Course, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Undertake maintenance of golf course, gardens and adjacent areasTurf maintenance, pest and disease control including weed controlTree pruning and removal of trees and shrubsLitter pick up, mulching, pruning, weeding and fertilisingLiaising with Team Leader to sustain and improve service deliveryQualifications, Skills & ExperienceGolf course experienceCurrent Class C driver's licenceCurrent First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake)WHS Construction Induction (White Card – or willingness to undertake)Chemsmart/Smartrain (or willingness to undertake)Benefits38 hour working weekFitness PassportNovated Lease options available for private use vehiclesHealth & Fitness $100 yearly reimbursement (conditional)Free confidential Employee Assistance ProgramBeautiful Ku-ring-gai LocationSupportive team environmentAccess to a wide range of development and training opportunitiesJoin our team and be a part of creating exceptional experiences for golfers in our community
