Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Group CITO, The Head of IT Continuous Improvement is passionate about continually evaluating and refining IT processes and tools to improve technology solutions effectiveness and reliability for the IntoWork Group. The Head of IT Continuous Improvement will be financially responsible and foster positive professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business, and key IT vendors.
In conjunction with this, the Head of IT Continuous Improvement will ensure that opportunities to increase efficiencies are identified, prioritised, resourced, implemented and rolled out successfully. The team will develop processes for continuous improvement to be embedded in the Groups ways of working.
We are looking for someone who has / is:
Demonstrated experience in an IT senior leadership role, including the management of programs, projects, budgets and improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendor relationships, including escalations.
Demonstrated experience in working with agile project management methodologies.
Demonstrate high standards of professional behaviour in dealings with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills - especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues
Exceptional organisational skills
known for being trustworthy, collaborative, happy, humble and hungry.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Diploma of Project Management or similar industry qualifications or experience.
