Job Description
This role is responsible for driving operational efficiencies through targeted process improvements, project delivery and operational excellence within Civeo. Reporting to the Senior Specialist for Continuous Improvement, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's goals, through refining processes and enhancing project delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimising project delivery
  • Monitor and Analyse process performance data to identify areas for improvement, set KPIs
  • Reporting using data analytics
  • Implement advanced analytics and data visualisation tools to gain deep insights into areas for improvement
  • Leverage change management best practice

Qualifications

  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platforms will be highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields may be advantageous, however is not a prerequisite

Experience

  • Experience in a similar role focused on progress improvement, project delivery and operational efficiency, ideally within industries such as mining, aviation, healthcare or hospitality
  • A track record of delivering cost-effective solutions and measurable process improvements
  • Project Management and / or change management
  • Work within a technical environment and ability to use technology to advise and build solutions
  • IT business processes

Skills

  • Working across project management methodologies, eg. Waterfall, Agile etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Advanced computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Microsoft Power Platforms, Power BI, Power Apps
  • Data Visualisation tools
