We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste">
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures">
  • Train and coach others on continuous improvement methodologies and tools">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A relevant technical or vocational qualification, preferably with experience as a CI Specialist in a project or operational environment">
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Process Mapping, 8 Wastes, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.">
  • A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher qualification is desirable">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making">
