Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective patients
Educate patients on our health solutions for weight loss, hormone restoration, mental well-being, and sexual health
Develop trust and build strong relationships through personalized consultations
Guide patients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
Achieve monthly sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
Collaborate with our case management and medical teams to deliver holistic support for patients on their health journey
Requirements:
Sales experience with a consultative, customer-first approach (experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth is highly desirable)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for helping people improve their lives and well-being
Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and goals
Ability to learn quickly and work within a fast-paced, supportive team environment
