We are currently looking for dedicated Production Assembler to join our team at our Cardiff manufacturing facility. As a Production Assembler you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process to make, assemble, and manufacture high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate production of our wardrobe internals, drawers and shower screens, meeting our high standards of quality. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable company known for its commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, punctual individual who is enthusiastic about their work and has a "can-do" attitude. You will be a committed team player who contributes to a positive work environment, with a willingness to work to achieve and exceed production targets.
Requirements
Previous manufacturing experience with windows / glass or doors is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A commitment to keeping a safe and efficient work environment.
