Rebates and Claims Specialist

Job Title: Rebates and Claims Specialist
">This is a contract opportunity to assist with claims processing for rebates and deals. The ideal candidate will have essential skills and experience:
">- Oversee claims processing for rebates and deals.">
- Verify claims using approved deal conditions, sell through and other data.">
- Enter payment data for cheque payments into the AP system.">
- Upload approved rebate data into system and once approved generate credit notes.">
- Complete weekly journal entries into ERP system and BI systems.">
- Prepare ad hoc reports and reconciliation of data and transactions as required.">
- Work closely with the Credit team to facilitate claims processing.">
- Assist the team to update data for trade spend files.">
- Track actual claims from customer and reconcile to trade spend master files and accruals.">
- Adjust accruals as required.">
- Follow processes to enable the completion of customer claims and log issues for follow up until resolved.">
- Complete month end journals and reporting requirements as required.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Credit team to ensure seamless claims processing.
