- CBD office 3 days/week + 2 days wfh

**The Organisation**

Our client is a high profile ASX listed Property Group that manage, develop, and invest in high quality Australian assets through a variety of listed and unlisted funds. They own and manage a diversified portfolio spanning across Office, Retail, Industrial & Healthcare and are widely considered as employers of choice.
- This group currently works in the Sydney CBD office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home.**The Role**

As an Accounts Reconciliation Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Accounts reconciliations
- Navigating leases to assist with reconciliations
- Liaising with tenants (retail sector)
- Debt collections
- Other duties as required

This is a contract position initially for 3 months, which may extend beyond. This role is paying $50 - $60/hour + super.-
- Experience with Retail Property preferred
- Previous experience with JDE software a bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Excel skills
