**Introduction**:
**Description**:
As an Accounts Clerk at Cater Care, located in Parramatta within the Finance department, you will play a key role in supporting the accounting and finance functions. This casual position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the Accounting & Finance sector. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with sales reconciliations including cash, EFTPOS and credit accounts.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile financial statements and maintain financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the finance department.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the finance function.

**Main Tasks**:

- Manage incoming invoices, verify details, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain orderly filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial databases or software systems.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and information.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Key selection criteria**:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Familiarity with Excel including tables, data analysis etc
Good teamwork and time management skills
Fantastic communication skills
Willingness to learn
Previous work experience (up to 12 months) is an advantage but not necessary
