About your new Role Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Product, you will play a key role in executing Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles' digital and CRM strategies.
You'll manage website performance, oversee CRM campaigns, optimise digital journeys, and ensure our brand message connects with customers and dealers alike.
Your main responsibilities will include: Overseeing website content, campaign offers, product launches and finance integrations.
Managing agencies to deliver SEO, SEM, CRO and user experience improvements.
Conducting analytics reviews and implementing actions to optimise performance.
Coordinating updates across product, aftersales, and finance teams.
Ensuring brochures, pricing, configurators, and stock search remain accurate and up to date.
Managing campaign activity across email and social channels.
Leading agency briefing, compliance checks, UAT testing and deployment.
Maintaining and optimising automated journeys including Lead Nurture, Welcome and Retention.
Developing communication calendars to ensure consistency and frequency.
Partnering with Area Sales Managers and dealers to improve lead response and conversion.
Driving integrated social strategies in partnership with agencies.
Overseeing ambassadors, influencers and content partnerships.
Managing reporting frameworks and KPIs to measure impact.
Supporting annual budget planning and tracking with Finance.
Managing purchase orders and ensuring cost control.
Delivering reporting, dealer communications, content shoots and event support as required.
About you To be successful in this role, you will bring: A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (desirable).
5+ years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, or agency-side roles.
Strong knowledge of digital channels, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Experience managing agencies and campaign execution end-to-end.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
