Come & work for a fast growing reputable company helping customers save money on household bills. They have 400 employees Australia wide.

The CRM Specialist will be integral in driving revenue and enquiry volume from the database.

This includes end-to-end campaign management, creating communications across channels including email, SMS, content cards, web push, in-app messaging etc - with the key focus on email and SMS.

You will work closely with the CRM Manager, who will be a great support & mentor..

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Working closely with the wider team & CRM Manager

We require:

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Someone keen to learn and grow.
