We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst for an initial 6 month term starting ASAP. Working collaboratively as part of the ICT team your primary responsibilities include the management of our client's data warehouse, enterprise reporting and assisting with database administration.

To succeed in this role you will possess strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Performance monitoring & tuning of the Data Warehouse
- Support development of enterprise reports and other reporting related tasks
- Development & optimisation of queries
- Develop and maintain system and user documentation
- System testing including the development and documenting of test cases
- Security & System administration tasks
- Provide advice and training to users and colleagues
- Work with the Business Analyst and Innovation teams to define requirements and implement enhancements

**Essential criteria include but not limited to**:

- Strong Microsoft Power BI experience
- Strong query performance and optimisation experience
- Experience using Microsoft SQL
- Experience with star schema data model
- Knowledge of Azure data factory, Databricks & Data Lake

Location: Canberra, Sydney or Brisbane

Clearance: Australian Citizens with **Baseline Clearance
