Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our SuccessFactors system, ensuring seamless integration with CHRIS21.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure workflow and role-based permissions for new processes
  • Provide end-user support and training on SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Manage the half-yearly upgrade process for SuccessFactors
  • Support the maintenance of functionality and troubleshoot issues
  • Establish and maintain data integrity processes to monitor and analyze data accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration
  • Strong experience in Employee Central (EC) Module
  • Hands-on configuration experience across EC and other SAP SuccessFactors modules
