Senior Test Analyst – SuccessFactors

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using Test Assure across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Validate UKG Dimensions/Kronos configurations including shift differentials, union rules, and clinical scheduling logic.
  • Perform integration testing between SAP SuccessFactors and UKG for seamless data flow across HR, payroll, and time systems.
  • Coordinate UAT cycles, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication across HR and IT departments.
  • Provide test documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
